Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven-ten business days before the due date specified on your bill. Our mailing address is: P O Box 165, Mexia, TX 76667. We do not have a mailbox at our office.
Online Bill Payment
Shiloh Water Supply Corporation offers online bill payment. Click the link on the right-hand side of this page or call our toll free payment line at 1-877-276-1025. You will need your account number.
Please allow 48 hours for payments made online or by phone to post to your account.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address.We have a drop box on our door. We accept check, or money orders.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service.
